 Supreme Court questions preliminary study  suggesting aviator  error; calls it 'unfortunate'

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court connected Monday issued announcement to Centre, directorate wide of civilian aviation (DGCA) and craft mishap probe bureau (AAIB), seeking an independent, just and expeditious probe into the June 12 Air India crash.A seat of justices, Justices Surya Kant and NK Singh, said that a condemnation from the AAIB preliminary probe study blaming aviator mistake for the clang was "unfortunate."
